Over the last few weeks, I have met quite a few people who are new to LA and are trying the city on for size as they pursue their dream careers! LA is definitely a great place to try new things, experiences, and ways of life! With that being said, not everyone is ready to make a long term commitment with a year lease. Whether you are out here for a short term project or just testing the waters to see if this is the right place for you to be, I can hook you up with a variety of short term housing options to meet your needs. Typically short term rentals are priced higher than those that require a year lease, as it can be tedious for landlords to find new tenants every few months.
For all you rich kids needing summer beach rentals, now is the time to start securing your leases for Malibu beach pads. The closer you get to May, the pricier they are and the less choices there are to be had. So far, it is looking like the least expensive option is a beachfront 1br/1ba condo (about 740 sq ft) for $4500/month (June, July, August) and the priciest (just because I know you are curious) is an approx. 14,000 sq ft villa with 7br/7ba for $100,000/month. I’ll take two!
