If you are an avid reader of the Rich Kids Blog, you know that I am very much into architecturally significant condo developments. As more and more of these types of buildings pop up throughout town, I becomes clear that this type of architecture is the wave of the future for Los Angeles. Today’s Hot Prop was designed by famed architect Lorcan O’ Herlihy. If you recall, O’ Herlihy also designed the uber cool development on 
Formosa which I had previously featured and which now all units are in escrow!
Back to the development at hand, what makes this building so special is that the whole package makes a statement. I think Deasy Penner describes it best: “ Three 2 bedroom tri-level residences and one penthouse remain in this award-winning, boutique condominium arrangement. Translation - these remaining units are swank as hell and I have never seen anything quite like them. There are a lot of elements that are reminiscent of Phillipe Stark, who has been involved in such SBE Group hot spots as Katsuya Hollywood and the new SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills. They have just reduced prices and should sell quickly!
