I have been focusing a lot lately on sleek architectural condo developments, which have become a huge passion of mine and one in which I believe many of my readers share. When I was out previewing property this Tuesday, I had absolutely no intention on going up into the hills to see any houses. As I walked through the door (and hung up with my friend - nothing comes between me and good real estate), I was in love. There are dark hardwoods throughout, large archways opening into well flowing rooms, and french doors leading to a tropical back yard with pool/spa. This is definitely the place you come after drinks at the Chateau (which is a 5 minute walk) to entertain. The home is in wonderful condition although it could probably use a little TLC, especially in the upstairs bedroom area.
