This is my first introduction of a Semi Hot Prop to the Rich Kids Blog. As my loyal readers know, a Hot Prop earns it’s title for the property itself, location, and how well it’s been priced. Even if it’s a pricey home(which I do feature from time to time), I still believe that there has been some thought put into the pricing strategy and could ultimately be a good deal. I had featured Hanock Lofts a few days ago as a Hot Prop and although over priced, the location is unbeatable for the right type of buyer (and I do think prices will drop after the initial launch).
