I’ve previewed this building a couple of times and think it’s one of the coolest new condo developments in West Hollywood. Located in prime WeHo between Sunset and Fountain, this building definitely makes the statement on the block. With it’s clean lines, open spaces, and ample windows, I believe this type of architecture is the wave of the future for LA. The units themselves are chic and spacious with a minimalist vibe while still being luxurious. This unit is a 2 story penthouse and features stainless steel appliances, city views, hardwoods - I’ll take 2!
